Superior Abdominal Tumor with Gastric Compression
(M.E., m., 78 ani / years old)
 
Clinical Manifestations: physical asthenia, anemia, weight loss (not specified but semnificative), about 6-8 months. Hard palpable tumor in the epigastrum.
Clinic: astenie fizică marcată, anemie, scădere în greutate (neprecizată dar semnificativă), de circa 6-8 luni. La palpare, formațiune tumorală, dură ce bombează în epigastru.
Eso-gastro-duodenal Contrast Study: compression of the lesser gastric curvature by a extragastric tumor.
Radiografie eso-gastro-duodenală: se remarcă amprentarea micii curburi gastrice de către o formațiune extragastrică.
CT Scan: hudge space takeing structure located in the interhepatogastric space of undetermined origin. 
Tomografie computerizată: voluminoasă formațiune înlocuitoare de spațiu situată interhepatogastric a cărei apartenență de organ nu poate fi stabilită.
Intraoperatory Aspect: interhepatogastric tumor, adherent to the liver and stomach, beyond surgical therapy.
Aspect intraoperator: se remarcă formațiunea interhepatogastrică, aderentă la ficat și stomac, depășită chirurgical.
